COACHING WITH JONATHAN

Over the last 20 years Jonathan has synthesized the practices of yoga, meditation, mindset redesign, breathwork, biofeedback, neurofeedback and biofield therapies assist others in becoming the greatest version of themselves. In your sessions, Jonathan will guide you to find a deep, connected sense of Self using a variety of tools. You'll clearly understand where you are, where you're going and how to get there.


TOOLS

Yoga

Movement and the way you move influence your brain, your thoughts and emotions and your physiology. Assessing and choosing right movement supports or resists your growth and health. Yoga comes in many forms and you learn the best form, poses and exercises to support your wellness.


Biofeedback and Neurofeedback

Biofeedback is a process whereby electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function is used to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function. It is commonly used to teach a person how to control their heart rate, skin temperature or skin sweat to overcome a physiological stress response. Neurofeedback, also called neurotherapy, is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity —most commonly electroencephalography (EEG), to teach self-regulation of brain function.


Meditation

All meditations generally fall into one or more of four categories: Focus, Mindfulness, Quiet Mind, and Open Heart. You can determine your ideal meditative style based on the way your attention is directed during our meditation, our intention during the practice, and the way the practice impacts the brain. By knowing yourself more clearly, you can choose a style of practice to best match your goals. 


Biofield Therapies

Your biofield is a measure-able and mallable energy field composed of the body's electromagnetic properties and subtler energies. Through effective biofield techniques like acupoint tapping, Pulsed-magnetic fields (PEMF), belief system redesign, emotional clearing and others you can optimize your operating system software.


Breathwork, Pranayama

In the yogic tradition, pranayama is key technique for self-regulating your body's Prana (energy). In breath physiology science,  breathwork is the remote control of your nervous system and the primary director of your body's pH, acid-alkaline balance. Learning your unique phenotype allows you to utilize the optimal breath exercies for it.
